CLIMB Works Smoky Mountains - Zipline Tour

Words can not describe how amazing this experience was for the entire family. The staff is professional and fun. Our guides were the best! Sunshine will make you laugh so hard you won’t even remember how high up you are. Beth was with my little one and made him feel safe and secure. He loved every second of it. Can’t wait to go back again. I highly recommend!

It was an awesome experience. The guides made it so enjoyable. They took the time to get to know you. They explained the zip lines and the forest and mountains surrounding us. They also made recommendations on what to see according to our likes. The guides were Austin, Reese and the guy who wants to be a park ranger. It’s terrible actually couldn’t remember his name right now. We will do it again and highly recommend this company.

I can not say enough good things about this place. It was my first time zip lining but that was no issue. The staff was the best I've ever seen in customer service. They were friendly, funny, helpful, and informative. You felt like they were your best friends by the end of the trip. While is was super foggy, it was still beautiful. It was thrilling but not too difficult. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting. You won't regret it. The staff alone make the whole visit worth it ud83dudc4d

My family of 5 and I went and did the mountain top zip line and we absolutely loved it. The views were amazing and the staff was even better. We had Lauren, Stevie, and Anthony, they were great and super fun to take this tour with! They made us all feel safe for our first time zip lining but still allowed for us to be energetic and have a good time! They were all very funny and nice! Our whole group highly recommends going here and would definitely do it again! :)

Unfortunately my party got rained out but they gave us a full refund. Services weren’t rendered so they didn’t try to screw me over and I appreciate that. Some venues will still try to squeeze money out of you regardless. I look forward to my trip back this fall. When booking tickets the shop was very neat and tidy. The whole place has a very professional feel to it. Almost 3000 5 star reviews speaks for itself.
