I have used this for a year now.Was recommended by my daughter in law.Very nice clean and secure.
Owner/manager have terrible customer service. Extremely rude and will not work with you to find a solution to the problem. My rent was paid for the month and owner had my lock cut off without my permission. Some items were stolen out of my storage unit and the owner refuses to acknowledge/assist to recover my items. She also blames me for the lock being cut off when she was the one who had this done without even physically talking to me about this before it was done. Will not look back on the cameras to see who stole my items out of my unit but will look back on the cameras to see who left trash at the trash can in the building. Would not recommend anyone to use this storage unit. I would find somewhere else to go.
Best storage we ever used. 24 hour access which is great. Everything is automated which makes it so quick and easy. Weve had to use storage in 3 states in past 4 years and this was pain free compared to the others
Great customer service. Clean environment. I am confident every time I use the facility, that my items will remain safe and secure.
Things are secure and the climate control is a definite plus! Easy to set up account and can make your payments online.
