Subway

The sign on the door said it was open until 10:00. We arrived at 9:00. The doors were locked so we go to the drive through. We sat at the menu board and no one took our order. Next, we pulled up to the window and were told we had to order online or order at the menu board. I would give this Subway a ZERO. They did NOT want our business. Not impressed with the two fast food places we tried in Newport, TN.

I got charged twice. I ordered online and it charged me 11.12 went inside to get it bc it didn't send me a confirmation email. So I had to go inside and asked about my order and she said it didn't come through. I showed her where I paid for it and screen shot my order. She said unless I had a confirmation number she couldn't do anything. Completely understandable. But this was a big inconvenience bc I was in a hurry and had to wait in line.. I need to be reimbursed for what I spent extra. Also one of the employees was sniffing his nose and making sandwiches not wearing a mask.

Lack of glove and hygiene among employees was rediculous. Employee argued about the name of the bread and still didnt get the correct bread. Last 3 visits werw horrible. Ordered veggie delight and even after asking to please put more please add more i only emded up with 5 pieces of spinach. Sadly I definitely will not be enjoying subway any time soon.

Good food, friendly service, friendly people, food was hot and good ud83dudc4dud83dude0b I love coming to this will be back.
