Optimus Health Center/ Physical therapy and Fitness Center

It’s always a delight as soon as you walk into the building. The staff is always so helpful, things are always so neat and orderly. The owners are two of the kindest people you will meet. The bathrooms here are spotless and smell so good. The gym equipment is some of the nicest equipment I’ve worked out on, and they always update equipment when recommended. They also always have merchandise you can buy, the T-shirts are very affordable. This is the best Physical Therapy/Gym I’ve personally ever been to. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Mila has worked a miracle on my frozen shoulder. I couldn't lift my arm any without tremendous pain.nShe did myofacial technique. I left first day with great motion.

Can't say enough about the caring staff from the front desk to physical therapy room. I had surgery on a torn ligament and after a couple months of therapy twice a week I'm pain free. Everyone in physical therapy room is so friendly and extremely helpful.

I’m a Silver Sneaker member, I love using the gym equipment and machines. The Nustep is my favorite and always makes me feel better when I use it, it helps me with my arthritis. The machines are clean and easy to use and they have staff members that are willing to help at all times if I need it.

Mila has done a wonderful job treating my headaches. I have suffered with them for several months and in 2 visits they were completely gone and I feel so much better..
