I enjoyed the music that went with the class. It helped me to stay focused and motivated. Also the instructor was very uplifting as well. She gave words of encouragement during the class and she spoke life over us. It was just very empowering. I also like that spin offers a full body workout. It was a great class and the facility was very clean. Destiny was very welcoming and showed me where everything was.
Although I’m never the one to leave reviews, I feel like my experience should be put out there. As it was my first cycling class, I looked forward to starting my fitness journey. Towards the end of the class I dramatically fell on the bike, to which I found out days later was a fracture to my ankle. I had excruciating pain and could barely make it out of the place, although it did not seem to be taken seriously. I did not feel that I was using the bike correctly and the intensity of the class seemed to catch up to me quickly. I am now unable to perform normal daily activities for over two months because of a cycling class I attended. I am wanting to warn others that there is risk for injury and to be extra cautious on these bikes.
Great place to get your cardio in. Awesome unlimited price. The ladies keep the facility clean and disinfected! I would 1000% recommend you to come and see for yourself. I love it!
Great Place to workout! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This was my first spin class, and I had so much fun!! I love that we can ride at our own pace and don't feel pressured if you can't do exactly what the instructor is doing.
