The gym itself is not bad at all. I went to this gym for a year 5 days a week and never had a problem until I moved to a new location and had to cancel my membership. The employee told me on the phone I could cancel on the phone but when I called to do so the manager on duty I think Joyce told me that wasn’t aloud and I would have to come in and sign my signature to cancel my membership after moving 3 hours away.nVery poor communication and shows a lack of care of sincerity on their part.
It's a very good clean gym everything you need for your work out staff is friendly and outgoing. The girl that cleans during the day she dose a really good job I would hate to clean up after all the ppl that comes in there keep up the good work girl. Now the down fall I would take the dead lift pad out there is no room for and now it's there the equipment is so close together no need for the pad that's why the floor has the rubber Matt's on it.
Excellent gym! This is my go to gym when vacationing in TN. The staff is friendly and the gym is always clean. Awesome atmosphere. It has everything you need to get a great workout in.
Good lifters gym. Tightly spaced, has everything you need. Plenty of cardio too.
Tanning beds are HOTT! My favorite place to tan.
