I had been on the search for a truck for nearly 6 months and visited dealerships across east TN when I finally visited Lakeway Auto and was amazed. They are straight forward and honest, which is not common in the auto industry. All staff were courteous and helpful, and our saleswomen Helen was amazing. She made us comfortable and confident in the buying process, and was very helpful in helping us find exactly what we wanted. Yesterday was my first dealings with a dealership to get a car. I’ve heard amazing things about Lakeway Auto and saw my dream car on their website. Discouraged because I’ve never owned anything newer I just wanted to test drive it. Helen met me getting out of the car and was so very sweet and made me feel welcomed.
