This company also has a sister company called Parts Mix which also has a store on ebay. Run by the same guy and staff. Some time ago I placed a fair sized order (international), it was around $400 and all went well. I was dealing with Maurice and found him to be very helpful and patient in making up the list of items - he also sent me some great photos describing where certain seals were on the vehicle, so I could make a decision regarding the purchase. However, around 9 to 11 months later when I went to put in another order, which I started out via ebay, something went wrong and after my first two emails (where Maurice acknowledged that he remembered me) all subsequent emails were ignored. I got as far as sending in the list of items and initial price was given. I sent a further three more emails about the order I had placed, asking for a final price, wanting to pay, all ready to go and so wasted a full month waiting and waiting for a reply that never came. It was a smaller order this time but still around $180. It was extremely frustrating as it had taken considerable time to get the order together. This is the height of arrogance and rudeness from a company and I can't believe it was Maurice that did it, I have a feeling it was someone else in there who gave him the instruction not to communicate anymore with me. I will never know why, but won't be dealing with Parts Mix again or do I recommend them after this behaviour. It could have been something to do with ebay, or the fact that I politely pointed out a simple but glaring spelling mistake in all their ebay listings (which is still there as we speak). Will never know, and do not care. Parts were bought elsewhere.
