Chicken Fillets sandwich thin as paper and hard

Deceptive Business Practices: This place upgraded my order without asking me. It's an old McDonald's trick. They hope you wont notice the increase in price. DON'T FALL FOR THIS! Frankly, the chicken is quite good and they should be able to get by without cheating.

Wanted to try a Bojangles. Did not get a good impression of the chain from this place. Went inside. It was dirty. Cash only. No place to sit. Food was ok so maybe another Bojangles will be better.

My bacon egg and cheese biscuit was dripping in grease. The cashier couldn't tell me what pimento cheese was. (something you could get placed on ANY order) my husband and I also witnessed the fry tongs being dropped and placed back up on the counter with the fries. Also they stop serving grits after noon which was odd since breakfast is served all day. Besides these issues the food was good, price wasn't bad either.

I would've put 0 stars for today's service . I waited over 20 minutes for grilled chicken sandwich and had to go in and they hadn't even started it so I asked for my money back. No apology or any kind of response. Very disappointed!!!!
