Commercial Bank

This is the best bank I have ever used. The employees are awesome!

I’m not a member of this bank, nor will I ever be. One of the very rude women that work here came to my car window and beat her fist on my window to tell me I had her parking spot. She said the bank owned the lot and I had her spot. There’s about 30 spots to park and I was the 4th car in the parking lot. She was extremely rude and made her company look very bad. The bank personnel at the Newport TN branch are very nice and helpful. The CBTN online banking is another story ! It is SO BAD I’m seriously thinking of closing my account because of how often I can’t access my accounts and the customer service for that system is slow and not very helpful ☹ufe0f

My first account was with National Bank before Commercial bought them. The staff is what keeps us banking on this location!
