I always dreaded doing my taxes until I started coming here. The people are so nice and really care about getting you your best return. I highly recommend!

In February of 2020 I filed my taxes. They had the pandemic so on the irs.gov it said contact your tax preparer, that was in July, they never answered there phone all the way up until November and that's when the irs sent my taxes back saying that they was missing a signature. I will never use them again.Because now I have to wait another 6+weeks to get them back. And they made me miss out on the economic impact payment for not getting the information right. So now I'll have to file in2021 and then I may get it. They where nice in person but that's all I can say since they won't answer the phone. They sure didn't get the job done.

I have been going to Smith Tax Service for a few years now and absolutely love them!! Rita always works to get you the most back and she makes sure to ask a lot of questions to get you the best refund she can. I had gone to a different tax place in town before someone referring me to Smith Tax Service and I feel like she has blown them out of the water for sure, not just for getting the best refund but because she takes her time with you. There were deductions I wasn't even aware we could count until going to her. Definitely recommend and have recommended them to everyone since I started using them!

I love Smith Tax. Been using them for a few years and they know what they are doing. They are always nice and down to earth!
