our first year in newport we went to h r block they charged us three times as much and got us about 1 third of thenrefund we got the following year from allison our income and expenses were comparable both years . we have been going here for 12 years and will continue to use their services . they are quick and competent and reasonably priced . thankyou allison

I had my taxes done here for two years then received a letter from the IRS. There was education credit put on for both years. I informed Allison I did not go to school the first year. She doesn’t admit fault. It says on the 1098 that the funds are for 2017 not 2016, yet she put it on 2016. When I called to address this issue I was never called back. When I called I was out on hold and hung up on. After I finally was able to talk to her, she was very rude. She said it is not her responsibility. Then hung up on me a second time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
