Had a appointment set for 2 pm. Had my hubby call a hour before to make shur we had everything. They knew our appointment was at 2. We put the GPS in said arriving at 1 59 and there store closed at 2. We thought huh guess they just gonna help us and leave. Not to mention we have a Infant and a toddler and drove an hour and half away from knox just to get it done there. Arrived at the front door at 2:03 pm. Doors locked. We called atleast 20 x no answer. Very very upset! They knew a hour before we got there we was coming!!!

I have been going for four years and they have always been cheerful and upbeat. Besides they have fat pens and small magnetic calendars.

Kim is hands down the best tax preparer I've ever had!!!! 10 stars all the way! She's professional kind and cares about getting the job done the right way the first time.... I've had horrible luck with previous tax company's who are over rated and over priced... kim has the best prices I've seen yet! She gets you in and gets you out in a timely manner all while still making sure everything is perfect on your tax return! I've recommended all of my family and friends to her and I'll recommend her to anyone else as well! ♡
