This place is horrible. No wonder it was the last place to rent a storage unit when I needed one. You mean cooperation???

The good attention I received on my first visit gave me a great first impression. The office personnel have consistently been helpful, pleasant, and trust-worthy. It is a great place for storage.

Rented a storage from them and told them we'd need in the next day, they said that's fine and they'll have our unit ready. When we got to the storage with a full trailer and truck our code wouldn't work on the gate. Then someone else had come up and needed in so they let us in. When we got to the storage they hadn't even taken off their own lock so we could access the storage to put stuff in! So now we get to go and unload everything that we just spent hours loading!!! Also, this pushed our moving back so now we're going to be charged rent on the place we're moving out of. Ridiculous! The girl at the counter was more worried about the lunch sitting on her desk than making sure stuff was done right. She was snotty as heck too!
