Do not store your valuable belongings here! The facility is not well maintained and has rodents. I was rented a unit that office staff knew had a roof leak. However, I was not informed of this until three days after I paid movers to move my items in. Every single time it rained I had to go by the facility to check to see how much water had leaked under the door of the unit and ask office staff what was being done to remedy the situation. Office staff made their own hours so that made it difficult to speak to someone, and when I did I was met with a rude and sarcastic attitude.

Seems nice enough. Clean facilities.

Is good because the units are inside. But since the ownership changed hands after we had our stuff in it..the place just isnt the same. The owner before would help you out if u had to be late paying.. The owner now puts a lock on your stuff if u are late. And she gets rude abt things at times. I know its a business but no need to be rude.

Good storage facility at a decent price. Convenient for Dayton dwellers. A little hard to maneuver in parking lot.
