Always friendly and clean ,prices are great they always give extra ice if you ask...

Usually pretty happy with the food and service. Today tried calling in my order and as soon as the young man answered asked me to hold on or a second, I sat on hold for over 10min hung up and drove to the location continuing to try calling again and when I got there and informed the young man that the phone was still off the hook and that I had been on hold for 10min prior to arriving he didn't offer an apology, charged me full price and then had the nerve to ask me if I needed my change. Surprisingly the place in my opinion wasn't near as busy as I thought it would be considering all that I had to deal with in this experience

Great friendly atmosphere, service is excellent and food is great,definitely worth the stop while we are visiting Spring City
