If you want the most incompetent, rude and unethical attorney in the country, hire Rebecca Hicks. She doesn't return phone calls, when you do get through to her she is very condescending. She will tell you you're a waste of her time and that she just wants to be done with you. We had the misfortune of her being the attorney on a simple, 2 document closing for the purchasers of our property. She was not capable of doing it, she had the paperwork wrong multiple times, never contacted either of us regarding when the closing date was so we had to reschedule, that took her 2 more weeks to schedule. When we did close, it took her the rest week to process the money's involved, highly unethical.

Rebecca is straight forward, contentious, knowledgeable, honest and truly wants to help with your legal needs. I definitely recommend her
