Went in this morning to sign up for membership. The second we walked in the door it was uncomfortable. We felt that we were interrupting the employees chat session and not wanted as members. We brought up the fees we thought were required and on the website. Instead of trying to find a program that was best for us, we were just told “no that’s not on the website” No discussion or desire to have new members. So we went to the gym across the street. Very poor customer service. The first impression of your company was just rude. If you are looking to see how you can be a member of this gym, don’t bother. You won’t get any assistance or feeling of wanting to be there.

I love this Planet Fitness.. it's rarely crowded and very clean during covid-19... their workers are very cordial
I LOVE this gym. The staff is amazing, so friendly and they call me by name every time I arrive.
Another great planet fitness experience. I have been very pleased with this company, and this location was great!
