Don’t worry they want call you back like they say.nIf you if buy a Diesel take it somewhere to see if it’s had to programmer on it. Got one and wires were just cut under dash and the emission light came on and when I took it to ford because it still had 80,000 mile warranty. That’s when I find out the wires were cut and was on a different program. Needless to say killed all factory warranty and cost $2,000 to put back factory.

Great and friendly people. Same day I bought my car the check engine light came on and they told me they’d make it right. Almost 2 months later and my light is still on. And they won’t respond to my messages about setting up an appointment to fix the issue.
