I have used them numerous years and noticed the lack of responsiveness but over looked it since it was a once a year problem. We not use them again, they filed my 2019 business taxes late, which caused a penalty, after numerous calls, text and emails they finally responded. I gave them 1 star since they did agree to pay the late penalty, after the IRS threatened to seize my property.

What wonderful people!!! I am so impressed with their service. They really do fantastic work and went above and beyond to help me out. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only were they thorough; but they were friendly, polite, and just a pleasure to work with.

Horrible!! Beware!!n2017 - They spelled my wife's name wrong on her return. It's on the w-2 AND the driver license. Caused all sorts of issues.n2018 - They spelled her name wrong AGAIN. Then FAILED to file our taxes!! I have all of my documents for 2018 signed in March. I get a surprise late fee in November saying that I owe the IRS for failure to file my taxes! Then another surprise $700 hit to my bank account from the IRS! I had no idea they were never filed! I was very upset they failed to file my taxes so I reached out numerous times via email, phone etc... with no return contact. You can't get in touch with these people! Now that we're expecting a government stimulus check, I found out that my wife's 2018 return was not filed AT ALL so we wont be getting our stimulus money. Still can't get in touch with these people! Absolutely horrible and I warn anyone to STAY AWAY.

This is where I have my taxes done every year and it's always as pleasant as it can be for my semi-complicated taxes. Taxes are never fun but they make it as painless as possible! I would highly recommend.

Wow. Giving a one star review is being gracious! Worst accounting experience EVER! We filed our taxes in March but ‘Tax & Bookkeeping Services’ didn’t submit them (unbeknownst to us) to the IRS until October causing us to accrue a late penalty! Worst part of it is, we cannot reach anytime at ‘Tax & Bookkeeping Services’ to address the obvious error on their part and in spite of having left several messages, no one will return our calls. TERRIBLE service, do yourself a favor and find a more competent accountant!nSide note: for two years in a row she’s spelled my first name wrong on my return in spite of having copies of my ID and W2s with the correct spelling. Even the most mundane of tasks seem to allude her!nDO NOT USE TAX & BOOKKEPPING SERVICES!
