This Pizza hut has been great to us. They are usually pretty busy, but I have never had a hard time getting an order under an hour, even if it is slammed. The food is always as ordered (or if they are out of something, what you get is more than you paid for, like 2 mediums to replace a large) and the delivery people have always been super friendly. For a quick pizza night, I would definitely recommend them.
I ordered a Supreme deep pan pizza. Haven't had one for a long while and was looking forward to it. It looked a little like ones i remembered but that was where it ended. No evidence of tomato sauce , a gummy crust and a strange tasting cheese. Maybe this is a new recipe, if it is good luck on it.
I tried to order a pizza on line for delivery. They kept saying my order was not enough, so I ordered a liter of soda, still not enough.nAfter the delivery change and everything else it was over 17.00 .nIf ur going to run these specials I think u should at least deliver them.nAlso I live in Neenah Wisconsin where right now there is construction in front of the building,. So it makes it very hard to get into the parking lot. Maybe someone should take that into consideration!!
Ordered a delivery @ 9:38 pm ON A TUESDAY NIGHYT with a 25-30 mim wait online...then get an email from the actual store saying 1 hr 20 min wait so i called and was told it was actually a 1hr 45 min wait. Lazy employees is tue ONLY reason for a 2 hr wait this late at night in a small town ON A TUESDAY night.
So we concluded that they messed up an order 4 hours ago and that pizza was what we ordered. The cardboard box was more appealing and easier to eat.
