Absolutely phenomenalnI found a bike I liked online, never having been to Capital City I was skeptical about a dealer, only ever having purchased from an individual. Once I get there the following day, the bike was on hold for another buyer, no big deal I knew it was a dealership. I spoke with Frank Ward who was beyond the perfect salesman to meet. He took his time, listening to what I was looking for, including price and needs where he pointed me to the 2016 Electra Glide I ended up buying. They gave a competitive trade in value and streamlined the entire process. I realize that there’s not a “Frank Ward” at every dealership but he broke the mold on stereotypical salesmen. When the time comes to upgrade for newer, i will not hesitate to return here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!nI would like to mention though, their “detailing” of bikes after purchasing could use an improvement, a revamp or just a clean rag. It honestly looked worse after the “detail”
Went there on recommendation from my BIL to buy a used bike. The hardest part was making a decision there were so many bikes that I liked. I worked with Neely who was patient with my indecision and helped me get a great price. The transaction was smooth. They financed in house at a good rate and even had insurance before I left the store. I am not sure how much better this could have gone.
Very wide selection, from new and shiney to old and ratty! If you want it, chances are you'll find it. Nice and friendly sales staff, easy to find.

I just wanna say that neely was my sale's guy. He was the rudest salesman I've ever delt with. Not staffed enough to have one on one time with salesman. Very impolite, disrespectful by smoking all around my family. Giving me the run around. And no one on one time. Will never go back there.
