Louie Roth with Stivers Hyundai was great to work with. He is very personable and goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. I actually showed up to purchase a different car, but it had been sold that morning. He helped work out a deal that was affordable for me on an upgraded version.
I scheduled a recall and the Service Department delivered excellence in every way. Nice and clean business environment, professional workers, kind, courteous, informative, communicative, and respectful service. After allowing me to choose I was escorted to my seating area. Then I immediately received a text letting me know how to get in touch with my contact person, via phone/text. At my request I was then shuttled, in style, to and from a restaurant of my choosing. At various times I was checked on and updated regarding my vehicle. Stivers Hyundai does service right.
We had the best experience in car buying. Our salesman, Mikey Armstrong was the best. He met our every need and knowing we were on time constraints worked very hard to expedite the whole process. I would definitely recommend Mikey and Stivers Hyundai.
