Had a great experience buying my first new used car from them back in December of 2019. Totaled in Jan of 2020. The second car I purchased in Feb of 2020 car was totaled in June of the same year. Angel was the best. He wasn't pushy, and or hounding me to purchase a vehicle like most dealerships. The process was very quick, and thorough. The customer service was above and beyond. Can’t really talk bad about them, but I am mad that I was refused being sold another vehicle. Neither accident was my fault. After my divorce my credit was shot and this dealership came through. I thought it was a great place For people in a bad credit situation. Being told they won’t sell me another car, and then not being told why is very unprofessional. I was never late on my payments both cars were paid completely off so I just don’t understand.
