The location is great. The Mobile Home Park, not so much.nThe homes are run down and the road definitely needs to be paved.nYou need a chin strap just to drive through the park.nAs rundown as this place is, they have the audacity to do background checks on potential residents.nPlease, I'm sure that they have more drug dealers, and common criminals living here than the imagination can conjure up.
Short trailers with work needed to be done even when you move in I don't live there but I visited you could fall thru the floor
It's a quite park. A pretty clean place.
Raggedy, run down, roach infested. Cats everywhere. All roads in there filled with potholes. Not a safe environment at all.
Bumpy roads A LOT OF CATS!!! The cats take up the whole property!! Needs to be paved roads
