Palmetto Palms

My son and his girlfriend live here it looks like a very nice clean place to live not noisy at all and there's a convenience store right there in the front so if you need gas or a quick snack but also less than a couple of miles is a Family Dollar and a Dollar General

Completely trash. The management is terrible. Good luck trying to get anything fixed. Can't ever get a hold of maintenance. Monthly inspections consisted of up to 5 men entering my home at a time to 'look and check' on everything for none of them to return to fix a thing. Property managers can be found partying in the community with the tenants. Can't get a hold of anyone above the management to get help. Pool was never open before covid and now it's by appointment but you still pay for it in your rent. School districts are split. They lead you to believe is in a good school zone because 1/4 of the community is in Richland 2. Several problems turning in rent and then being told we were late and having to pay extra fees. After leaving they send a false payment to collections and don't remove it until another tenant moves in. Complete trash!!!!!

Peaceful, country-style living. Great place to live, though I just visit

If i could give this place NO STARS I definitely would! The community manager (Melanie) And The sales person (Lisa) Both have disgusting, unpleasant, rude attitudes! I can not make this up!! If you want to live peacefully please don't move here!! The trailers (yes trailers) are ran down and not renovated! The only good ones are the ones that came from a different lot. They also rented my home out to someone else while we were still living there. Smh this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had! I also have video proof of how unprofessional they are. I will be calling corporate.

It's a clean place one of the nicest trailer home parks I've picked some one up at in the area.nnI wish they had half as many speed bumps
