Spears Creek Mobile Home Community

This is by far one of the worst places, mailboxes get left open by the mail carrier and you cannot get the company that owns it on the phone or any form of communication what so ever. New company owns from before but its still the same.

It's not the same as it was 2 years ago. I guess a new company took over or something. Actually looks livable now

This place is really run down. I honestly feel sorry for the people living here.

Love the way it is set up! Easy to find addresses. Wish they had better speed bumps tho

This place is so strict and does not let you have any pets, and the people are so nosiey, stay out of peoples places foreal like tf come on
