Horrible location. They're always out of chicken and turkey somehow. I went in today to get soup because my husband has a sore throat. They tried charging me full price for a meal when I only ordered a side. They got my order wrong and acted like it was no big deal. No apology or anything. All the tables were dirty but it was completely dead inside, there may have been two customers in the whole place. Employees were on their phones. the counter by the drink machine was disgusting. It looked like 30 people had spilled drinks and it had dried because it was never wiped up. Napkin dispensers were empty. Condiment bins were empty. Trash and paper was all over the floor in the dining room. I wish I would have taken photos but I was too shocked to think about it at the time. I'm sure this is due to the incompetence of the manager. I will be contacting corporate in hopes of a real change.

Not crowded, clean, very friendly staff, parking very convenient. Coffee that was served was not too hot because they poured cold milk. They need to warm up the coffee after pouring the cold milk.

If you order online for curbside pickup, don’t expect them to bring it out to you. I arrived at the designated time, notified them of my arrival, and sat and waited. After 15 minutes, I went in to see my order sitting behind the counter. The lone employee did not look like she wanted to be there. After she finally acknowledged me, I gave her the name for my order. She grabbed my bag and handed it to me without saying a word. I must’ve disturbed her from her work......serving customers. There were a total of two customers in the store at the time. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was actually good. Customer service was a FAIL!!

Just love the egg white breakfast sandwich. Always cooked to perfection. Nice and hot. Customer service is always great.

Not a good experience! The restaurant was a mess, not a clean table in the place. I wanted ice tea, but the unsweetened tasted 3-days old so I switched to lemonade. The self service drink area was a mess because the lemonade dispenser had a leak and it was spraying out from the top. No offer to fix it, just we haven’t had time to put an out of order sign on it... no offer to refund my drink. $7 sandwich had about 2oz of chicken and not the way I ordered it. They acted like my asking them to fix it was a burden, and while they were the tiny piece of avocado fell off and they didn’t add it back on. Sure enough my daughter’s sandwich was not as she clearly ordered either and the manager was not kind to her when she ask to have it fixed.
