How can you go wrong with Panera Bread. This location has an amazing food quality. I have to say that this is my favorite location. Fast & friendly service and a very clean environment.
Pro: They were polite and kind.nnCon: I ordered a Green Goddess salad with Chicken and did not get any chicken in my salad. Called the restaurant and was told to come and get another one. So I go and get the new salad that is suppose to have chicken in it and AGAIN there's no chicken! I got 4 extra dressings (2 that were completely different from the dressing that I was suppose to get, no biggie) but to add insult to injury, the other 2 dressings that I was suppose to get with the salad had salad bits in them. Big chunks of tomatoes and lettuce and raisins. I was looking forward to eating that salad. ud83dude15
Today my husband ordered the Mediterranean Bowl. This small bowl was not even half full. We asked 2 separate employees if this was a whole bowl size since they offer 1/2 options on other items. It was pathetic and an insult for the price.
I was the first person in line. My food was great and made correctly. I was be returning.
Food is mediocre and overpriced. Service is slow. Other than that, no complaints
