Great place! The staff was energetic, friendly, engaging, flawless. I ordered the salmon meal. It seemed a bit undercooked (but I'm no expert). The food was super tasty with a perfectly understated flavor. My companion also loved that meal. I would love to see this dining experience moved to a location with a better view. This is a powerful restaurant.

We enjoyed our meal at Mr Friendly's. The Shrimp and Grits were wonderful as was the Spotted Trout. We finished with apple egg rolls that were amazing. The hostess and wait staff were friendly and very efficient. It was a lovely evening! Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience while keeping your customers safe!

The food was very good. My favorite was the fried green tomatoes and I had the buttermilk fried chicken which was delicious. I would give five stars but we had to wait a very long time for our food. Also, we checked the website before we left, to see if we needed to make a reservation and it did not say one was necessary. But once we arrived that was the first thing they asked us.

Had the BEST dinner there last week. It was so good to get out after vaccination and see old friends. Food and service were outstanding, just like old times. If you're looking for a place for your first post-pandemic dinner out, go see Ricky and his fantastic staff.

Classic New Southern restaurant. Does nice mix of Southern food, with non-Southern elements. Particularly good steak, fried green tomatoes, desserts; varied dishes with chicken and pork. Prefer for dinner over lunch. Service is quite good, and drinks are outstanding too. the ambiance is very nice. Highly recommend!
