I was with City of Columbia. When I had any problems with plumbing that was on their end, it was solved with no problem. Now that RC has taken over service is just horrible!!! If it was away around going back to City of Columbia were they train their employees! I would in a heartbeat.
You really just sent me a bill for almost 60 bucks for 0 usage for sewer you must be desperate for money. Someone better be able to explain this bill to me otherwise you are nothing more than crooks. You doubled my rate from the city for sewer and you are billing me for 0 usage REALLY? CROOKS Richland county are thieves.
I pay the bill and another bill is generated for an even higher amount! Even when I pay the bala in full, they claim it crosses in the mail but I pay online!!!
