Dempsey's Pizza

Stopped by after my basketball game. It was fast and we got our drinks and went right to the buffet. You wear your masks while up at the buffet and anywhere else but the table when you eat. Staff was friendly too. Good, hot, fresh pizza too. Every time I went back, the pizza was fresh and hot. There was also an arcade where I won 2 bouncy balls. Loved the experience here.

I was first impressed by the review rating of 4.7 while looking for a place to eat. I am not a local resident, so not being familiar with the area I asked our hotel manager about this place. They immediately responded with a physical thumbs up and praises of Dempsey's.nnI was not disappointed. The pizza variations offered in the buffet were all very good! My favorite was the pimento cheese pizza. Our drinks were never below half full. All the staff were polite, professional, and hospitable.nnI wish I was a local and not traveling for work because then I would make myself a regular!

One day a week since Covid started my wife and I take a long ride to a small town in our area to find lunch. On March 3 we went to Clinton and found Dempsey's Pizza. They are all the friendliest people. The place was spotlessly clean. The selections of foods, including pizza, excellent salad bar, other dishes and deserts were really great. The price is more than reasonable. We will make the trip again soon. Go there y'all.

Pleasantly surprised with this place, salad bar was superbly fresh, there were several pizzas to choose from, and they never seemed to run out like other places. Variety was really good although the pizza itself wasn't even in the top 20 of places I've been. There was also plenty of staff to serve us and keep up with the other stuff in the restaurant.nnThere really is no better pizza buffet from Greenville to Columbia like this one, it's clearly the best.nnWith that though there are a few things I have against it outside the rather mediocre pizza taste and flavor. That would be the price, my goodness we paid $35 for two buffets and drinks including $5 tip. In the future we will get water, but it's still gonna be $25 aka $30 after tip. That's just two high for two people and no food to go.nnWe went to Blue Ocean Friday before and spent $25 and had two containers of food to take home. With those prices we just can't justify going to Dempsey's but once every two months. 9.99 would be a much better price for the buffet.nnI just wish I was a senior lol, I eat about the same amount as the old people I saw there, but they only pay half price $7 on Tuesdays!!!nnThe place was so packed though, they won't need to lower prices, apparently there is a lot of Money in Clinton where people can pay $30-$50 per meal for 2-3 people, as for me I'll stick to Pizza hut and Domino's 7.99 deals most of the time, We can eat more than one meal with two large pizza's

If you get any where close to Clinton SC, you have to stop for pizza at Dempsey's! Most variety on the all you can eat buffet I have ever encountered and all of it is amazing! I highly recommend the stuffed potato pizza and for dessert, the peanut butter and jelly pizza! We will definitely drive from Augusta to eat here again!
