Irving Pitts Memorial Park

Very relaxing area, some picnicking and an easy walk along the water. There is parking and some picnic tables. The sounds of moving water is very soothing.

A hidden gem ud83dudc8e on Laurens County next to the town of Ware shoals, this beautiful park have plenty of space to park and relax with nature, the saluda River form a series of shoals and small waterfalls around this section of the river, there is plenty of wildlife specially birds, you can see Canadian geese and other wild ducks and even blue herons.

I love coming here and listening to the river! Fun to swim in the summer too!
