I have enjoyed this park plenty of times but I still find it hard to fully experience it the way I would love. I wish there was more seating and not for it to be locked away or you're not able to being pets. There could possibly be another section specifically for pets and more seating that is not behind a locked fence.
I used to love taking my kids here. it was my daughter's favorite place to play. until the day she found needles on the ground. I understand the staff can't control who is there when they aren't, but they need to pay attention when cleaning up or make sure they have someone monitoring the premises.
