Pop-A-Lock, A Car Door Unlocking Service

I locked my keys in my car. My husband called and was told 30-45 wait. After 30 minutes Tom called to let us know he was finishing up a job and would be there soon.nTom was very nice and friendly. I hope this never happens again BUT if it does I hope we get Tom again!

Great personal service by Gerald! He greeted us with a big smile, and was very professional! I wish I could say the same for the call center personnel. On his initial call, my husband was placed on hold for a moment, which quickly turned into 5 minutes of listening to violin music.When I called back, the same happened to me.I was asked to hold, this time for 4 mins. A male answered the call and placed me on hold but then a female with a curt voice picked up.She was less than professional in her tone of voice, even before I complained about the hold time.Looks like a local number but the call center is in Texas!!! Thank goodness that the employee at the point of service for us was Gerald! His attitude will definitely influence future calls to this business, if needed.

Gerald was very helpful and very friendly. I was told that they would have someone out to me in 30 minutes but he made it out to me in about 15. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone I know. Thank you guys for all of your help

My daughter locked the keys of her car in the trunk on Christmas day. I called Pop-A-Lock to come out the following day. I figured I would have to wait around for a while for someone to come out. But they showed up in 30 minutes and quickly got the door unlocked. I was lucky enough to have Gerald Littlejohn come out to help me. He was so nice, attentive, and professional. I have used Pop-A-Lock a few times, but this was a great and friendly experience. Gerald is AWESOME!!

Called these guys around 10:15 pm Gerald had me in my truck by 10:45 . Great guy super friendly an very professional!! I highly recommend this service... Thanks again Gerald
