I door dash and the girl behind the register (Autumn) in Florence SC was super friendly and gave me a drink too. She made the experience awesome.

I have been patronizing this establishment for about 3 years now. Each time I have eaten, the food has progressively become less appealing. This weekend was the last straw. My 4 cheese sandwich only had two cheeses, my soup was not heat hot (cool) but spicy for no reason (potato soup here has never been spicy before), and my pickle was less than a sliver, dried up and plain gross. The tomato on my cheese sandwich had a hard green core in it. It is apparent that my sandwich was microwaved. The cashier was great but the server was awful. He just DROPPED the plate and left. Too bad...

Love this place the staff is picked from some type of champion restaurant gladiators. These girls are on it. Everytime, never had a bad experienced here. Go get some food asap.

Terrible...ordered online for pick up at the window. Gave me a pick up time of 12:28pm. Arrived at 12:35 in line with 3 cars ahead. Finally got to the window at 1:10pm. Got to home to find the sandwich was literally slapped together and cold, cold soup as well, did not receive the pickle they asked if I wanted. $12 for an awful lunch

This place is great! They're always friendly and they have a great selection for all types of eaters. You'll feel welcomed! I would recommend!
