Awesome owner! We are from out of town and decided to stop here for the first time on our way home and eat outside at their tables. We ordered burgers and onion rings, while waiting for our food there was a car accident nearby affecting the electricity and the power went out completely. The owner and his team continued to cook in the dark and presented our food for us outside and even provided a candle light for us so we didn't have to eat in the dark.The burgers and straw onion rings were delicious. After eating the owner was so nice and gave us complimentary Chocolate sundaes! They went above and beyond to accommodate us~Thank you!

I used to love coming to this place as a child with my mother. The bbq sandwiches are amazing. The other location turned into miguel's grill. I know this isn't going to be a popular opinion but I had a terrible customer service experience here a couple of weeks ago. Despite how good the food is I've decided to never return. It's great as long as you grab your food and leave, but don't dare say anything to management about the service. I'm quit sure some of you know what I talking about. That's all I really have to say about this establishment.

I had the worst experience today. I was over charged for me lunch. I ordered a $6.95 philly steak and fries with a sweet tea. Some how my order total was $16.15. A sweet tea was over $3.60 and the the fries were over $5. Then on top of that there was a fee to even use my card. I definitely feel like I was ripped off and over charged for my food and the food was not even that great. I wasted my money and Sundae house lost a customer. No sense at all. The food was only worth $8 but not over $10. Then the girl working the window was snotty. Never again.

First time I’ve ever tried this place and probably will never go back. Placed an online order and waited almost an hour for it while other people who ordered after me received their food almost instantly. Not worth the wait or the money....
