They were outside, then just comes in and starts making pizza. Then the lady at the front telling us one at a time while letting multiple people in while we are sitting in our car watching. They when Itry to go back in to get get my food that was already paid for after about three different people come out she they tells me again one at a time.... I just got a refund.

Ordered cheese breadsticks and a stuffed crust pizza. Received a stuffed crust pizza and a box of breadsticks with nothing on them. Like nothing, the advertised photo seems to have some garlic butter and Parmesan cheese... these ones have nothing. At least made appropriately, while not what I ordered would have been edible... a box of bland crusts is not. Big disappointment. ud83dudc4eud83cudffb

Wings was cold and they were not toss properly in the sauce. Just looked like whomever just pour the sauce on the wings. Pizza wasn't hot as well. VERY POOR SERVICE.

I ordered a large The Works pizza earlier tonight by phone. They said 15 to 20 minutes. I finished vacuuming my car at the car wash 2 miles away. I arrived within the specified time and paid for the order. I waited 20 more minutes while others were coming in and picking up orders. The young man at the counter apologized multiple times. I finally was handed my order. When I arrived home, 17 minutes later, I found a pepperoni pizza, not the Works hat I paid for.nVery disappointed. I know it was a mistake and we all make mistakes. Not only did I pay way more for the 1 topping pizza than what I ordered, and waited double the time. It was too far to return and risk having to wait for the correct pizza.nBut, I do appreciate the young man’s apologies. They were very busy and should have been told the longer wait time.

Absolutely the worst service ever! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Placed an order and was told that it would be about 30 min. Waited another 40 only to be told that they had to remake the pizza! Just poor customer service!!!! Never will use this location again!!!
