We lived full time at Ivy Acres from November 2020 until February 2021. Not only was it super affordable at monthly rates, but it was nice a quiet, well kept and overall a really nice place to stay! There are miles of trails around the property that are so beautiful with brooks, bridges and nice little benches. My dog truly was living her best life at Ivy Acres where we could take her for daily hikes in the woods. Chuck, Donna and Bonnie were all super accommodating and helpful and even dropped off our mail to our camper if they saw we hadn't picked it up yet that day. Thank you for a great 2 months where we could call Ivy Acres home during our house search!

Beautiful property and well maintained. Great spot for you to park your camper or RV for a relaxing weekend or peaceful getaway!

We stumbled upon this hidden gem as we were passing through the area for just one night. Our plans had changed so we had no advance reservations and we were trying to find a place for one night of a holiday weekend. We searched all our normal KOAs and a few others and no one had space. After hitting up google a little more we came across this wonderful place! The staff on the phone was very helpful and friendly. The property is HUGE! There are tons of open grassy fields and some hiking trails that run along a river. We really enjoyed sitting in the swing under the big oak tree! The park is very well maintained and although there are long term residents everything seems very nice and tidy. Our spot was a nice level gravel pull through. The price was under$40 which was amazing! We didn't try the wifi so I'm not sure how that works. My only negative was with all the open property they did not have an off leash area for the dog. We would have loved to play ball in the open fields, or let our well trained dog of leash on the hiking trail but it is strictly prohibited. Other than that, we Ansley lived this place and will add it to our list of great places to stop❤

Incredibly accommodating staff - kind, professional and hard-working. Especially Bonnie!! Our site was neat and clean. Numerous community fire pits well-stocked with kindling and logs. Very large property with some sections for full time residents, others for short term, many pull through sites. Minimum age of 45, and dogs must be leashed. Great rural and quiet location, only 15 minutes from Greenville.

We love this place! Everyone we have met have all been very friendly. The scenery here is beautiful. Part of the roads are paved while the back part is gravel. The sites all have a wooden deck and a picnic table. There is an age restriction of 45 and over, which I like.
