Lowest review I've given to date, I really try to not be overly critical, but I've never had an outstanding experience here. I continue to go back in a pinch before work which is why I didn't give them one star, one star means I'm never going back. The wait times are usually pretty ridiculous, the food is sometimes cold or obviously not freshly made, the staff has been extremely unprofessional at times and even rude to me or other patrons. Not to mention they never have half the things you order. Today they told me, in the middle of breakfast being served, that they were out of biscuits and chicken breast so they couldn't fulfill my order. The ice cream machine and frappe machine are never and I mean never working so there's no point in even ordering those items anymore.
Ordered a caramel frappe with no whipped cream. When I got to the window I was given a frappe with whipped cream. Cashier scooped the whipped cream off and attempted to hand it back to me.
Loved it. The new Southern Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich is the best sandwich on the menu!
Very great service. Very clean. Very nice staff and exceptional service! Fast!
At least Burger King can give me a milkshake.
