My review a year ago was “Great food, clean store, and friendly service. I will definitely be back. Their location is nice as well, they're surrounded with other little shops.” Since COVID, Marco’s has not handled business well. I can’t even get my food because they only do drive thru and regularly have 10+ cars in the line!! They won’t even let you in to pay or pick up your own food! Not even if you paid ahead online! You MUST sit in their long a$$ line and wait upwards of 30 minutes!! I have loved Marco’s since I moved to Florence, but I’m not sure I can continue being a customer now. By the time I get my pizza now, it’s cold and I have to warm it up at home anyways....
Pizza was dry and appeared to have been a day old pie...nothing fresh.
They make the best pizza in Florence. I have never been disappointed. They are very pleasant to deal with to on the phone & at the pick up window.
Order: Salad with no peppers. no black olives, no red onion, add spinach.nnSalad: all the above with no spinach. Sticker clearly marked wirh exclusions in front of the items that weren't taken off. One job people..
Good pizza for a chain store but exspensive compared to competitors $30 for 2 large pizzas
