Domino's Pizza

I placed an order for delivery to be told over an hour after placing it that delivery to my area couldn’t be done this late. This particular location is 10 minutes from me, give or take with traffic. Driving isn’t an issue but how the process was handled bothers me. Why does it take close to an hour & a half to realize you can’t deliver to me?? Also, the representative from the store called with no introduction whatsoever asking if I placed an order for delivery. Very disappointed with this location. THEN the order was “lost” upon arriving at the location but found. So many questions but I’m just glad this process is over.

I placed an order at 8:30pm which was scheduled to arrive in 50-60 minutes. By 10:30pm, still no sign of the order, so I called the store, which predictably didn't answer. The app alerted me that my order had been delivered at 10:40pm, which was news to me. My order finally arrived at 10:50pm, 2 hours and 20 minutes after it had been placed. The pizza was cold, the Sprite was warm, and two sauces were missing. Steer clear.

This is not a regular Domino's place. I am the only one in the town kind of behaviour.. See all recent reviews almost all are less than 3 star. Each time same style ordered pizza is different in cooking and fillings. I see them over busy but some one should be very quick in addressing a counter customer. At least let him/her know that someone is going to help. Looks like they are only working for the sake of working. No manager kind of situation here. Sooner or later this behavior will impact business negatively.

I have actually recently had issues with this location a few times but I took a shot in the dark and ordered today and everything was PERFECT. I don’t know what they are doing different but I am stoked because I love dominos and this is my closest location. Thanks for the great food!

Worst experience ever placed a order for delivery online tonight at Domino's. Place the order at 9:14pm. Called had me waiting 30 mins just to confirm order and for me to tell them how I wanted my wings. Been calling back to back to see why it's taking so long for my order and again they wouldn't pick up. Talk to Zack he confirm my order will be prepared right. It's after 11:45 driver just bring order after no answer at restaurant. The driver was very unprofessional when ask could he reach the store he told me he didn't know why they weren't answering the phone. Told him I'll been calling for the last hour to see what was going on with order. After all that I didn't purchase food.
