Not good for much other than very basic real estate transactions, and I’d still be extremely cautions. His incompetence cost us thousands of dollars to have a good attorney straighten out. He missed some very apparent and important details regarding the deed and deed history. Once we confronted him with the mistake he went silent and never responded to our attempts for communication. Buyer beware!nnThere are plenty of good real estate attorneys in Florence. You could probably throw a dart at a board and come up with a better one than this guy.
