I read the other one start review and it is so hard to believe. Mike has been doing my taxes for 5 years and they are fairly complicated and he has always been there for me. I would love to know the bottom details of this but it is hard for me to see Mike doing a poor job because of his extensive knowledge. He does so many restaurants and real estate investment books, that something mentioned in the other view seems simple comparatively.
Soooo lame. Let's count the ways.nn1) Was completely unable to assist with identifying itemized details (which was the #1 reason why we contacted a cpa)nn2) Didn't submit all documentation to KSnn3) KS had to adjust refund because it was not filed accuratelynn4) Was informed that first quarter estimated taxes would be paid and not due. INCORRECT.nn5) Was informed of amount of refund after accounting for Injured spouse, which was $1300 less than anticipated.nnIf I could rate lower than one star, I would.
