Costs us a thousands of dollars from not doing her job. Does not return texts, emails, phone calls. Does not do what she says she is going to. A year later, I'm still cleaning up her messes. She seems sweet and competent, but buyer beware.

I have been trying to get in touch with her now for over a week. My husband and I dropped our tax info off and have been trying to get ahold of her ever since. I will update and possibly improve my ratings if I get in touch with her today.
