Had a letter from SC Department of Revenue that i owe money and it was due to a software program when i called they told me even with the piece of mind they would not take care of it and H&R Block Corp would not either. Been using them for years all i got was a sorry and that they would not charge me next year for doing my taxes. Well it was a $2000 software mistake i may find someone else guess there piece of mind weather you have it or not they do not care about there customers like all other companies get your money and move on. SMH
