What awesome customer care! I’d give them a 10! The Neenah CVS is the best pharmacy in the area (IMHO)! The make pharmacists are polite, caring, go beyond the extra mile, professional, and take all the safety precautions possible for Covid! ud83dude01 Except Danielle. What a joke! I scheduled an appointment to get a flu shot... They couldn't process the flu shot because Walgreens has my insurance info. Take my insurance info and give me the shot, how hard is that???? WHAT A JOKE!!!!
I've had nothing but great experiences, at CVS. The pharmacy staff are always fast and friendly. The coupons are quite lengthy, but if you use them you save alot of money. Keep up the great work, CVS Neenah!
I am changing my review because of someone awesome that works there! I have never been so happy to talk to one of your pharmacy staff members. Not only was he polite but he also apologized for the lady’s behavior that caused me and the Nursing office a big head ache. He deserves fives stars for having to go through that and so does this CVS. If you reading this and have also had a bad experience there please give them another chance! They are working really hard on selecting the correct people and nice people to work there. These people understand what it is to be human. I have never had any other problems with them as they are amazing at there job and should be proud of what they do.
