I wish I could give you a 0 because I’m kinda sick of the stuff you’re doing. I was literally sitting in my car for over an hour. When you guy said mine was going to be done in about a hour. Well guess what after that hour I was waiting, I go back in the store then they said the didn’t want any of it. So your tell me that I have to wait an hour for you to pick out NOTHING. I guess that means if it’s over two hours you guys will pick out one thing? They need to have a texting communication, for you girls. So you can let your customers know it’s ready. Like how the one in Green Bay is. It’s just starting to make me mad that I have to drive all the way over here to have them pick nothing.

This was the first time I had ever went to the Appleton platos closet. When I first walked in I had 2 reusable bags of clothes. They told me that they were going bagless, and said that they wouldn’t even look at my stuff and didn’t say just remember for next time. They refused to take my clothes, then proceeded to tell me to buy a basket at the dollar store down the road. My friend wanted to buy something and we waited at the counter to check out for 3 minutes with their backs turned to us not even caring, just talking. Didn’t say “did you find everything ok?” Or any of the sort. Was super rude and didn’t even ask if I had a points card. I get the bagless thing to reuse... but if they are reusable bags it should be ok, and even if it isn’t they still should’ve took it this time and just told me to have a basket next time. Also not everyone has a laundry basket/bucket at home lying around... very upset and won’t be coming back to this rude service ever again!!!!!!!!

Went in to sell a BUNCH of mine and my boyfriends clothes. The workers were pretty rude right off the bat, and didn't even look through all the clothes we had because they were still folded and not moved around in the bin. Don't sell your clothes here if you don't wanna get ripped off.
