Great customer service and honest people! I went to another tire shop that was trying to get me to purchase some tires I didn’t need! I got a second opinion from RR and they fix the issue! Thanks so much guys. I appreciate y’all!

The guys and gals at R and R are great! Jerry helped me find the perfect wheel for my truck and it completes the look. The manager Brian made sure we didn’t have any issues and that everyone is happy! I would definitely recommend going by and checking out the massive selection, a nice product and great folks!

Highly recommend this place. Awesome staff, got me in and out. Management is great! I came from Myrtle beach from work and got there at 430. They were real busy but they made it work. Customer service at its finest!

Stopped in yesterday in an emergency hunt for a tire preferably used so I wouldn’t have 3 used snd one new tire. They quoted me $90+ for a used tire in poor condition. That is insane, that is more than I pay for new tires for that car. Went up the road and got one in great condition from Wheel Country for $45 mounted balanced and installed.nnEdit: I decided to be nice and call the customer care line like the owner asked me to do in their reply. All I got was a message telling me to leave a detailed message and they would get back to me in one to two business days. Seems they are not that concerned about it. If you want to speak to me about it give me a number to speak to a actual person.

My cousin told me about RNR, I wasn’t 100% sure about coming here at first, so I checked out all the reviews and was like okay I might go there.... still wasn’t 100% sure. So I decided to call to get some information myself, I spoke with Mr. Jerry, great customer service, his tone, everything was great, very professional he already had my business over the phone.I went into the store on Monday and not only Mr Jerry, the nice lady that was at the front, the man who talked to me about my tires, the man who went over all of my paper work,(forgive me for not remembering names) but they’re all amazing, very professional. Everyone is kind and that’s what I love. The vibe in there is everything! I’ll be going back Friday to get tires for my daughter and next week to get some for my husband....I recommend this place to everyone. Not only because the professionalism, and great customer service, but the tires are great, very affordable you can pay the full price at once or make payments your choice, whatever works for you.
