Five Star Chevrolet

Had a great experience here. The first time I went there I didn't have much time. Ashe got what I was looking for and told me that he would email me some vehicles that matched what I was looking for. I liked what I saw and by the way I was treated. I went back the next day with my wife to just look. However, after test driving the truck and seeing the deal that they gave me I couldn't pass it up. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would defiantly would recommend 5 Star to anyone.nnJust had my 2nd oil change done there, the service staff is very friendly I was Offer a complimentary wash and vacuum of my truck since we were not going to wait there for it. After getting home I noticed the washing of the truck was not the best in the world. I know there not going to clean it up to my standards, but there are several spots that they missed so I have a partly clean truck in some areas and a dirty truck in other areas. Also, do not let them fill up you washer fluid tank. I don't know what they use but it looks like swamp water.

My salesman is the best. I've shopped at the same dealership since 2016 because of Kendrick Goodman. He's very knowledgeable and professional when finding the vehicle you would love and afford! He goes out his way to assist you before and after the sale. Because I value his great service as a salesman, he has sold me 3 cars in 4 years! I refer others to him as well. He is a great asset to Five Star Chevrolet!

Mr. Charles McElveen is an awesome salesperson. Even though the vehicle we discussed ended up being sold to another customer, he was honest with me and kept me in the loop from start to end. He even reached back out to me several times to let me know about similar vehicles that he had access to. I will be recommending Charles and 5 star to anyone interested in a vehicle purchase. The guy is great and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Hands down the easiest car buying experience! Charles was excellent. He helped us and answered all of our questions in the best way that he could, and he fought to get us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but Charles too!
